GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could - these people SCAM you for money, especially students. You pay the deposit in cash and they word their way around it in the contract/tenancy agreement to look like you have never paid a deposit and therefore owe you nothing. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the estate agent came round and I had been working a long night shift and my room was shut as I was asleep due to getting back at 9am, he was banging on my door and although I couldn't hear anything he was trying to impress the girls he was showing by making rude comments about me saying i'd been up all night with a boy (completely untrue btw!!!) and proceeded to bang on my door until I woke up in a fright. Honestly they need to be closed down, if you go through them do it as your own risk - they steal money and make the whole renting process horrible. I am currently in touch with a property ombudsman to sort out the deposit for me and my other roommates. BEWARE !!!!!

Sam Driscoll was fantastic, helpful communicative and went above and beyond to support and help us- even after the sale went through, not something you get every day! GoogleWhat an absolute joke of a company. Gave my property to these jokers in October last year to let. They give it all the talk and deliver sweet nothing. Two months in I have had to chase them about only having a photo of the exterior of the property and nothing on the interior. In late December had to chase them again as no correspondence from them all all. Advised them to drop prices if need be to get the property let. Three months later get an email from them saying property has a dead pigeon on the ledge and paint flaking in the entrance and is not up to standard. The property in question was absolutely fine when given to them over 6 months ago and they are the only agent with keys!!!!!! Absolute shambles. Will be reporting to the property ombudsman

GoogleI have recently signed a letting contract through MANN. Generally, I would like to say that I am fully satisfied regarding the smoothness of process as well as how staff are super friendly. I mainly dealt with Rafaela Kyriakidou who was very keen to be in touch with me and follow up my emails in order to fulfil all requirements as soon as possible. GoogleA huge thank you to Emma Lawton who basically made our dreams come true. Having lived overseas for over a decade we were told by the banks it would be extremeley hard for us to get a mortgage. In comes Emma! She made us feel totally calm about the situation and had everything under control... Today we move into our new home. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter some terrible experience with another estate agents in Canterbury, I decided to go with Mann and Co after being impressed with their professionalism on a house viewing. I was genuinely impressed with all the extra work and effort that they put into the sale of my house (and it was a real challenge at times!) Jordan and her team were exceptional and Emma's mortgage advice helped me secure a mortgage that no-one else could. If I could give an extra star, I would! Thank you.

GoogleIsobel and the team at JLL were absolutely fantastic in helping us find our new home. Having dealt with some horrific reals estate agents in London over the years, Isobel and her colleagues went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible process, met us multiple times to re-view the property (even on short notice), punctually responded to emails and were exceptionally upfront about charges. I'd highly recommend contacting Isobel if you're looking to rent in or around Greenwich.

GoogleDo not use JLL - their rates are some of the highest in Greenwich and they add on surprise charges for everything! They also failed to call me when my tenants moved out meaning I lost several months rent and failed to make amends. (they had tried to contact me via an old email despite continuing to send bills to my new email!) They took no responsibility for the situation. please shop around - you can get better service at a lower cost.
