GoogleLucian was great. I rented a flat through JLL in Stratford and had some issues with the blinds. Lucian was extremely helpful and took care of liaising with the contractors and the property developer. He was able to find the most efficient solution in a very quick timeframe: I highly recommend him.

GoogleAvoid. They try and take as much money from you as they can after your tenancy ends. Most of these 5 star reviews are fake or incentivised.

Jack took the time to explain everything in detail when he valued my property - walking me through his thought process when arriving at a valuation. When Liam took over the sales process he had a fantastic list of perspective clients to call upon and as a result found a buyer prior to going to market. Throughout the sales process, Liam was fully engaged and kept me updated at every stage. He was easy to get hold off and responded quickly to questions. Fantastic service and would use this team again.
