GoogleThe whole team at JLL have been amazing in our purchase. In what turned out to be a very complicated sale that nearly fell through multiple times, the whole team went above and beyond normal expectations to help us. Charlotte in particular personally saved the deal, making long difficult calls on her days off and always putting our needs first, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to Charlotte, Graham and Adam, they were all brilliant.

GoogleWe have let out our flat with JLL and had an absolutely amazing experience working with them (and we have dealt with quite a few other real estate agencies before so I feel like we can compare). They were prompt to reply to our requests, transparent and objective in their advice, extremely quick in organising the entire process and finding a tenant for us in a record time - a real pleasure working with them. GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Hannah, Neil and the team at JLL for the past 15 months and in a word, they have been 'excellent'. I rented my first flat in London through them and had such a great experience that when I was looking to move to a new flat, I was keen to work with them again, which I did. I have found Hannah to be honest and open with me throughout the process and you get the feeling that she is very commercial, wanting the best for both the landlord and the tenant. Neil was very understanding when negotiating the lease with me, which I appreciated.

GoogleAs a first time renter and relocater I was extremely anxious about the process but Raphael and Emma we're communicative and helpful throughout. I'd highly recommend them. We've just moved into a brilliant property thanks to them and are delighted with it.

GoogleAlthough initially pretty straightforward renting experience, the first mishap was needing to come in and visit JLL in person to show my passport TWICE because they messed up taking a copy the first time. (Of course this is during working hours only.) More seriously, when the window in our flat spontaneously exploded, JLL has been very slow in coordinating with insurance to get it repaired. We have had to wait for more than 3 months and the window is still broken, with no signs of any progress! Whenever we try to contact them, the relevant person is invariably on leave. 1 star.

GoogleI have been very impressed with Harry Martin at JLL City Office who just sold our studio apartment in Moorgate. I had actually taken the apartment off the market and decided to continue renting it for a few years to let the market pick up. He had taken the time to build up rapport and trust in the preceding few months. When he had a potential investment buyer he contacted me proactively and persuaded me to sell; I was delighted with the offer he was able to broker. It is refreshing to work with an agent who will look outside the box, be proactive and build a relationship rather than act in a purely short -termistic manner. In this tough property market this is the sort of agent we need. Harry was efficient and professional through out the process. Many thanks to JLL and to Harry!

GoogleLucian was great. I rented a flat through JLL in Stratford and had some issues with the blinds. Lucian was extremely helpful and took care of liaising with the contractors and the property developer. He was able to find the most efficient solution in a very quick timeframe: I highly recommend him.
