Googlewe own several flats and have had many bad experiences with agents - not so with Ed at JLL. Friendly, competent and quick in responding. Knew the underlying property we saw in Greenwich very well and was able to answer all questions around the property we had. A genuinely great experience!

A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. GoogleThanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.

They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

GoogleAmazing team, they are very helpful and handle everything very well, rafaela great women, was always told they were not good but more than happy i decided not to listen to other people and contact them myself, if your just moving to canterbury and are worried about housing and stuff, call them trust me you wont regret it they will find you a space perfect for you and carefully take time to ensure you are satisfied and happy. very student friendly unlike some places in canterbury.

GoogleI have arrived in Canterbury extremely anxious with my sister. We had a very limited time to find a student apartment to finish our visa applications. We have visited countless agencies without any success until we have found Mann. We were so lucky to meet Rafaela Kyriakidou. She was very professional, friendly and most importantly available for any inquiry or question we had. She managed to find not only an apartment but THE perfect apartment in a very short time. We would recommend working with her to anyone in Canterbury. Absolutely a FIVE STAR!

GoogleAbsolutely lovely staff especially Rafaela Kyriakidou. Very professional, super helpful and friendly. She picks up the phone whenever needed and respond to our emails within few hours. I didn’t feel in their company as a foreigner I felt very welcomed as a friend. We are really lucky to meet Rafaela. I honestly feel reassured when she takes care of our procedures. GoogleWe have found a place to live in Canterbury after a long search thanks to Rafaela Kyriakidou at Mann Estate and Lettings Agents and we are very happy with the process that led to it. She has been professional, helpful, patient and kind with all our questions, effective and clear in answering as well as promptly solving the small problems that arose through. She made each step much easier for us who were doing this for the first time and we really appreciated it. We are about to move in and very much looking forward to it, thank you :)

GoogleDec 3rd 2018- Recently JLL have become my new property management company - the rental process was very simple, easy and painless & I’ve been in regular contact with my property agent - she’s answered all questions promptly & efficently, all things you’d want during the stressful time of renting. August 2019- Very difficult tenancy agency to work with when experiencing issues with our rental. Despite a glowing review for their sales team in securing our home, their tenancy care team has been rude, unhelpful and does not deliver in resolving complaints within a suitable amount of time.
