GoogleXav and Joanna really worked hard to find the right tenants in as short a period of possible once I know the previous occupiers were leaving. They managed the whole process smoothly and calmly, and I now can't wait to welcome my new tenants to the property in just a couple of weeks.

GoogleI usually don’t trust estate agents too much, but I must say that my interaction with Siobhan and Joanna has been very positive. I was interested in renting a studio but was not able to view the place as I was abroad at the time. They were very helpful, efficient, and honest. There have been no bad surprises upon moving in and I can only recommend them.

GoogleI had such a lovely experience working with Charlie Jeffery. He was always kind, responsive and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. He made everything feel easy by helping with all the paperwork and guiding me every step of the way. In the end he found me a beautiful apartment that I absolutely love. I’m very grateful and would happily recommend him to anyone!

GoogleI have been dealing with Paramount for over 20 years now having rented properties managed by Paramount, rented my properties through Paramount and more recently, selling an investment property. Spencer and more recently Alessandro have been excellent in managing my properties. Alessandro was responsive and very knowledgeable. A fantastic person to have on the team. We also recently completed on the sale of a property with the help of Adam and Jamie. The sale process was smooth and we are particularly grateful for Jamie’s efforts in ensuring that the sale completed on time. Jamie was very responsive and effective in managing the sale process. I will be continuing to work with the Paramount team. Thanks everyone!

Throughout this time, they have always been responsible, reliable, and well-organized. Whenever I needed support or had any issues, they responded quickly and handled everything efficiently and with care. GoogleExtremely rude and snobby employees. They treat foreigners in a degrading way. They think that by wearing a ring on the pinky finger that they belong to some elite group of people. There’s nothing elite to sit in a small office all day and rent people flats. Get back down to earth.

Within just a day of getting in touch, he had helped me find a beautiful apartment. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful with any questions I had, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with throughout. Thanks to Rico, what could have been a stressful move from Dublin to London felt smooth and straightforward.
