GoogleI had a very good experience renting with JLL. Their staff(Faye Hamilton, Kirsten Jacobs, Chirs Aylward) are pleased to offer suggestions and help to us with a very high efficiency compared with other company. All the administrative process took just about 2 weeks to finish in this difficult covid19 situation. That is amazing.

GoogleVery friendly staff. Faye, Lukas and Edi made our move into the apartment possible within 12 days. They made the whole transition very smooth and comfortable. They are quick to answer to any queries. Just moved in and so far everything has been great. Not to mention the concierge staff are quite helpful. I highly recommend.

GoogleI have worked with Adam Tindides on a sale of our 2-bed property. Adam is very responsive, actually very creative in helping us achieve our goals. He helped us bridge the gap between what the buyer wanted and we as sellers needed to achieve. Very thankful that he managed to get the sale agreed and completed by the mid-March. Highly recommend dealing with Adam.

GoogleWe sold our place through JLL and our agent, Adam, has been amazing! He secured us a very good offer for the flat, in line with our expectations and in a relatively short period of time. Not only that, but he has been present and very helpful throughout the transaction process. He has done an amazing job in making sure both solicitors were moving at pace and was alway available to answer questions and provide help. Amazing service! thanks a lot Adam!

GoogleMichael provided with a first class professional service. From taking the instructions he kept us fully informed with the progress of the viewings and kept going until we achieved the sale. The actual sale proved quite difficult due to various issues but Michael kept up communication and informing us of what the buyer was doing. I believe we must have tested his patience at times but he was courteous and responsive at all times. I would highly recommend JLL and Michael if you want to sell your property.

GoogleIn the past 14 months I've been hunting for my first dream home. I can not describe how many agents and agencies I faced and spoke with. Some of the big agencies even shame to name or describe their work. I want to say that this agency and one agent in particular @Michael Chu is incredibly professional from top till bottom. Quick for response, pushing through and does not do an extra mile but extra 10,000 miles for his clients and really makes this experience extremely pleasant. I honestly can not think of a single agency who is delivering such service and consistency. If I will be selling my house I will definitely follow this guy or this agency as people working with him were extremely professional and kept their word. Thank you @Michael Chu and his team.
