GoogleGreat service. Michael was professional and very responsive. He was flexible and able to show us the property numerous times. He responded to our queries very quickly and was an excellent intermediary between us and the sellers. The sale went through quickly and smoothly in 2 months.

GoogleEd at JLL helped us with our house purchase and he was exceptional. We had viewed around 50 properties prior to our purchase and Ed has been the best of the Estate agent we have dealt with. After we pulled out of one purchase due to its survey, immediately Ed took us to view what is now our home as he knew exactly what we were looking for. GoogleI have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

GoogleI cannot emphasis enough how disappointed I am with the mortgage consultant who I have been corresponding with. The offer I proposed was NEVER passed on to the vendors after 2 weeks worth of emails exchange. As a result, this particular property was sold, but never informed about this. Absolutely appalling and inadmissible conduct.
