GooglePoor service. Started all well, didn’t finish very well. First, this agency didn’t inform us about law changes about how much notice you need to provide to a tenant before they move out. Second, they posted keys to the WRONG address ignoring the one provided in an email; and there was no name and no return address! Quite unprofessional. Also, not the best agency in communicating while they were in charge of the flat

GoogleI took a flat from JLL , I started getting multiple issues from day 1 in the property. I dropped multiple emails with the issue, but for multiple days there was no response. I had to pay additional money to stay in a hotel. The service has been pathetic. I would not recomend any to take a house from JLL.

GoogleWhile I gave a 5 star review before moving in to the new property i'm now forced to revert back everything I said. The place where we moved in has been a nightmare, the additional clauses in the contract have not been respected, carpets are filthy, damp on the bathroom walls, heating not working and the list goes on and on. While they said they have been working on this, I full week has passed and nothing has been fixed. Some emails are even ignored and for others we receive replies after days.

GoogleI was very fortunate to have a great estate agent, Michael Chu made sure that I had everything I needed and was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. They went the extra mile by offering to help to find movers that operated in lockdown or answer random questions... as and when I had them! Thank you JLL!
