GooglePoor service. Started all well, didnβt finish very well. First, this agency didnβt inform us about law changes about how much notice you need to provide to a tenant before they move out. Second, they posted keys to the WRONG address ignoring the one provided in an email; and there was no name and no return address! Quite unprofessional.
Also, not the best agency in communicating while they were in charge of the flat

GoogleI canβt thank JLL Woodberry Down enough. My lettings negotiator, Hanan, was the kindest and most helpful person as soon as she picked up the phone to me. Not only that, but she negotiated my dream flat for me at a time when it was really important for me to find my own space and feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate her professionalism but also her empathy. As far as the process between having my offer accepted and moving in. Hanan and the wider team, Stephanie and Tiffany, have been incredibly responsive and fast to answer any questions and offer me the information I need. Thank you!

GoogleMy dealings with JLL as a tenant have been mostly good and prompt, but their lack of transparency around what's included, or rather elided, in the utility bill I paid for has left me disappointed. In my property, the laundry service is not included in the utilities and is instead hidden behind a paywall that costs tenants roughly Β£10/a week, which they are supposed to access through a dreadful app called Circuit that has pretty much only 1 star reviews. The utilities clause of the contract is very vague; instead of concretely describing the actual appliances it just says "electricity, gas, central heating, power, comfort cooling and water supplies". So it is fair for prospective tenants to assume that laundry appliances would be included under the banner of 'water supplies' and 'electricity'. I've lived in three properties in Leeds and the laundry has always been included.

GoogleHave sent and contacted JLL quite a few times but never heard back. Itβs been almost one and half year, still havenβt got my deposit back. I wonβt recommend anyone to rent or buy from JLL and will high recommend international students to avoid this estate agent. The funny thing is JLL wanted to charge me for those existing issues which were clearly stated in the inventory check in report. And I paid over Β£450 for the end of tenancy cleaning service via jllβs living app but they messed up the blinds which asked me to be charge for this again. Now I just want to confirm if jll still holding the deposit or it has been released to the landlord so I could put down the correct information for raising the claim.

As you probably guess by the full star review, Iβve found the whole process of arranging my lease forwards to the moving in procedure incredibly swift, kind, and as uncomplicated as it gets. The best experience with real estate agents I had so far (in London and beyond). What stood out for me, was the fact that George - as everyone associated with JLL - seems to understand that todays tenants can be buyers tomorrow. Something literally every real estate agency Iβve dealt with in the past didnβt want to understand (no shade intended). There was not a single aspect I could criticise if I tried. Iβll never change to another agency again and highly recommend the agency in general, and George specifically. Great team!
