GoogleI couldn't praise Jacqui and her team at Frost Chesham more highly. My house sale and purchase had a number of challenges, and twists and turns, but Jacqui was there every step of the way and Alex was brilliant too. I felt like they were fully invested in my move and treated me as a person and not just a client. Jacqui always gave sound advice, keeping my best interests at heart, and I felt like I was in such good hands with her and Alex. I can't thank them enough and would recommend Frost Chesham to anyone looking to move. They are all a fantastic team, including Jemima and Lorraine too who I spoke to quite a bit! So thank you to all of the team at Chesham, from me, and my parents too.

GoogleOur house purchase wasn’t exactly the smoothest and took a bit longer and was stressful for everyone involved. This was, due to a range of factors, including the market, timing, and also understandably, the person we were buying from needed to find the right property. What we really appreciated, was the support that Alex Grace and every one at Frost Chesham provided to us. Alex always gave us open, transparent and honest advice, for example when we had to decide whether to look into rental options. We also particularly appreciated their regular communications, so we were always kept informed on what was happening, and what we needed to do and when. Alex and the team were also very proactive in chasing and following up actions, for example with the various surveyors, bank valuations, etc, to try and keep the sale/purchase moving forward as much as possible, as well as giving us advice e.g. on potential builders, roofers etc to contact. We were finally able to complete and move in, and that’s in no small part due to Alex's efforts. The Real Estate industry doesn't as a whole always have the greatest of image and reputation, but that is certainly not the case for Alex and the Frost team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team at Frost Chesham to anyone looking to move into the area.

GoogleExcellent service from Alex, Jacqui and the rest of the team. Alex was super helpful and helped me navigate my slightly toddy turvy first time purchase. They were always on hand to answer questions and Alex worked tirelessly to get the purchase over the line. I would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!! They have no integrity and do not have any principles or morals on how to do business. Stealing from deposits for little scratches on the wall that were reported during the inventory, finding any possible excuse like finger prints to take money from the deposit. I'd recommend you deal with more honest agencies, plenty of them in London

GoogleWhen I chose to do business with JLL London, I thought I was dealing with the globally known firm, not a franchise office that does not keep with the standards of JLL. Beware of this firm, they are very sloppy in how they do business and have highly risky and suspect business practices. Note that Jones Lang Lasalle Ltd. has zero affiliation or oversight with this office.
