Also had a pleasant experience with having Lisa do a viewing of the current property I live in with possible new tenants. Especially during the pandemic with social distancing, it was all handled professionally and without any trouble. GoogleMe and my boyfriend are first time renters and were looking for a place we could move into quick. Intercounty did exactly that! We were moved in within a month of viewing the property which was exactly what we wanted! Mollie at Intercounty was so helpful during our viewing and moving in. She was so nice, super quick to respond to messages regarding any questions we had and was just helpful all round. If we end up moving again I'll be asking for Mollie! Thank you Mollie! I also want to quickly mention William at Intercounty too! He helped us view a property before the one we moved into and helped us with the move into our current flat too. Thank you! The day we moved in we were welcomed into our flat with a cute welcome box including some snacks, essentials (hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes) and more! In the final weeks of the conveyancing process ( late March) PL worked hard to remain neutral and achieve a positive outcome despite a deal of frustrations which frankly almost called the whole deal off. She maintained professionalism and humour throughout working to conclude 6 months of negotiations started in September by her colleague Debbie Davies. We are grateful to both for going the extra miles. One small niggle was on the day of completion when key handover delegated to Dunmow office was shambolic despite clear instructions from PL and the lawyers.

Recently dealt with Molly Harrison-Stent at Intercounty, Old Harlow, regarding obtaining a tenant for an apartment. Molly was most helpful and everything went very smoothly. Other members of staff at this branch were also most helpful. Telephone calls are answered promptly. Appointments are easy to make and all the staff with whom I had dealings were pleasant and helpful.
