Sam and the rest of the team have been enormously helpful and supportive, guiding me through the home buying process from initial viewings to supporting me with every detail thereafter. Response time was always rapid and the level of service has been very high. I have felt in good hands and am very satisfied with the outcome. Sam was especially helpful, going above and beyond to get the keys to me and offering a warm and friendly service. 5 star experience - friendly and swift communication Throughout the process of moving we worked with Aaron. Found ourselves in a mess when a leak in our apartment caused damage to the below apartment. I was contact by Olivia Property Manager who explained the issues to us. It was so reassuring in her mail she wrote "Please leave this with me and I will get this resolved for you." True to her word Olivia has sorted it!
