Throughout the rental process, they displayed professionalism and a helpful attitude, promptly addressed any concerns I had, making the renting experience smooth and stress-free. Intercounty State Agent consistently provided reliable service during my tenancy. Whenever I encountered maintenance issues or needed assistance, Jessica Payne was quick to respond and ensured that the necessary actions were taken to resolve the problems. Her responsiveness and attention to detail helped to create a comfortable living environment. Communication with them was clear and efficient throughout my tenancy. In summary, Intercounty State Agent, with Jessica Payne's assistance, provided me with reliable service and support during my tenancy. While not exceptionally outstanding, their professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication made my renting experience a good one. I would confidently recommend their services to others in search of a dependable property management company.

GoogleI’ve been renting one of my properties via Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth for a number of years now and the service (and advice) has always been excellent. Long-standing tenants recently moved out and a new tenant was found in a matter of days. We took the opportunity to undertake some maintenance works on the property in the break in tenancy and from the checkout process of the old tenants moving out to the new tenant moving in we were kept updated every step of the way with really clear and transparent communication and updates. Neve, Alex and Olivia are all are amazing, as is everyone else working there. I can’t recommend Intercounty and all the team there enough.
