Our offer got accepted on a property. Our solicitors carried out searches and reported back with a shocking find. 10,000 homes + major intersections were being built in & around this beautiful historical village, where the property was located. We asked the estate agents on numerous occasions about any pertinent information which could effect the property. When the estate agent was confronted (Sarah G) she was unapologetic and couldn’t care less. Her attitude was appalling and proves yet again at how 99.9% of estate agents are clueless amateurs.

Our offer got accepted on a property. Doug, the Sales Progressor was excellent, communicating effectively between all parties to made the process much smoother and going beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the service!

GoogleSo where do I start, having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, once in a while you come across an absolute gem, and that gem in the case of Intercounty is Kristy!! From day one of booking a viewing, which she managed to sort within a couple of hours notice, she was nothing but outstanding. My case wasn't at all straight forward, and instead of getting the usual brush off, Kristy done everything within her power to make it happen, and low and behold it did, within a few weeks I was in and settled. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Amy, who looked after all the contract side of things, Intercounty better keep these two happy thats all I can say lol!! Thanks again girls
