From the very start, Blake was extremely helpful in giving us tips on how to improve our house for selling . We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers. The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our main link was Karen Johnson and Sarah, in Karen’s absence, who both kept us updated regularly even when there wasn’t any particular new info, which helped a great deal just to be kept in the loop. I viewed some houses and ultimately purchased a house with Intercounty at the end of 2025 and they were brilliant. They were friendly, honest and reliable. Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information. When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. I cannot fault InterCounty- they’ve been fantastic all the way through! Ashley and colleagues showed a number of people round my inherited and much-loved house and found the right people for it. Abby took over and nursed the sale through to a happy conclusion.
