We have just completed a purchase with Jenny in the Harlow Branch and we cant thank them enough. There professionalism through out was just on point. It has been a hell of a bumpy ride with lost of emotions and difficult people to deal with but Jenny and the team where at the end of the phone every time. After a bad start with our first offer (no fault of Intercounty) they really have tried and gone the extra mile to find us the perfect home. Can’t fault the lettings team at Old Harlow at all, right from the start the team (Nicola / Kelsey) were so kind and communicative in helping me get moved in. On moving out, Alex was great in helping me vacate my rental and I felt fully supported throughout the process, and the kindness and respect I was shown made it a really positive experience. I experienced some issues with the property management team after leaving and Alex’s communication has really helped while waiting for a deposit return. Very much appreciated

Started a letting process with Neve as my agent, shes been great, everythings been really simple and no stress at all, shes very prompt in replying to any questions i have and let me know straight away if something she needs to continue in the process, her manager Alex is also very good at getting back to you with any questions. First time buyer, terrible experience

As a first-time buyer, my experience with this estate agency was extremely disappointing. During a purchase that later fell through, I received frequent calls pressuring me to chase my solicitor and suggesting I was holding up the sale. One agent even described my solicitor as “useless” and implied we were not progressing matters properly. Months later it became clear that my solicitor had done everything correctly and that the delays were actually related to the sellers and their solicitors. Unfortunately, by that point the purchase had collapsed and I had lost around £1,000 in solicitor fees.

I can’t thank the team down at Intercounty enough, they are all fantastic. They are all efficient, professional, personable and they made the process of getting my property rented out seamless. We have been very impressed with the service that we have received from Intercounty Harlow over the last couple of months during the process of finding a buyer for our flat. We originally met with Jason who came and valued our home. The information we received regarding this was brilliant. Once we decided to go with Intercounty to sell our flat we were very impressed with the communication regarding putting the house on the market and with the viewings/feedback from viewings. We had contact with Jason and Olivia who made sure that we were in the loop about everything that was going on. We were very grateful for each phone call. Luckily it didn’t take us long to find a buyer and Olivia was very quick to get everything over to us once the offer had been accepted. My Experience with Intercounty, Old Harlow, can only be described as excellent. As a new immigrant, Ricci, their direct Rep. that I liaised with, made searching for properties very easy for me. She was introduced to me by my brother who was equally full of praise for her way of handling clients, even after agreement is signed. Ricci was warm and cordial in her approach. She was patient even when I wasn't satisfied with some properties. She did every thing legitimate to secure us a good place within Harlow and I have nothing short of 5 stars reviews, both for her and the rest of her colleagues at Intercounty. We loved Intercounty - even though we could not go through with the purchase they were always giving us time to actually look at the property (rather than bend our ear with incessant sales talk), plus we were always at the property for around half an hour (sometimes more!) each time. Abby, especially with your diplomatic chasing - we never felt pressured but appreciated things that were time sensitive, and it was also always done really kindly! Really impressed and we know we will not hesitate to contact Intercounty in the future and will actively look for properties through you.

Until my parents passed away, Intercounty Bishops Stortford let out their estate (to tenants that refused to vacate the property and caused thousands of pounds of damage). I am now being harrassed with emails addressed to my parents five years after the fact, despite the company being aware of their passing in 2017. There is no easy way to unsubscribe despite the OFCOM requirement. This is highly distressing as it is a constant reminder of my loss and deeply frustrating as the company began this harassment out of the blue. I highly recommend avoiding Intercounty both from a professional stand point if you are renting out your property, and from a privacy one as they are unscrupulous with your contact details.

From start to finish the service provided by Intercounty ,Old Harlow, has been first class. From the very first viewing through to completion Peter went above and beyond to overcome each hurdle. His input was invaluable and absolutely instrumental in getting the job done. As well as that , he is possibly one of the nicest, genuine guys I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Every call, every text, every email was responded to immediately ( even after working hours! ) Nothing was too much trouble and even when things were looking hopeless he would always have a solution to the problem. If I could give 5 stars x 100 i would ! I cannot thank the team at Intercounty Old Harlow enough. They helped get a very complicated and complex sale over the line and did not give up on my beahlf until the sale completed. The whole team are friendly and I know estate agents get a bad rap, however you really do feel they care about thier clients, i would reccomend anyone looking to sell or buy in and around harlow to use Intercounty Old Harlow. Massive thanks to the Manager Peter for some excellent advice, Jason who did a great job in sales and Alex who negotiated and worked so hard to get the sale over the line, as well as all the team there.
