GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Geena throughout the purchase of our new home with Troy Homes and Intercounty.
From the very first time we visited the plot, right through to Geena being there when we finally moved in around nine months later, she was consistently available, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable.
What really stood out was the communication and the way Geena managed the whole process from end to end. She became the real linchpin between us, the solicitors, estate agents and the builders, keeping everyone updated, asking the right questions and making sure things kept moving towards exchange and completion.
Over the nine months we had countless conversations and updates, and Geena was always engaged, responsive and willing to help. Buying a new build can be a long and sometimes complicated process, but having someone who genuinely keeps on top of the full chain made a huge difference.
A massive thank you to Geena for all her help, support and patience throughout the whole journey. We’re extremely grateful.

Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving.
She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away.

GoogleTerrible property management team. For over a month there has been water backing up in my friends kitchen, he has been reporting it almost daily with little or no action. He can now not use his washing machine, his dishwasher or the kitchen sink because water backs up in the flat. The kitchen cupboards are now water damaged and he has to do washing up in his bath. He has 2 kids. A very poor service for the tenant and landlord
