GoogleTom was the best negotiator I have come across in many years, and I have met many during my lifetime. He is honest and straightforward to deal with and I felt that he was on my side even though I was the buyer and not the seller of the property.

GoogleTom was rude and difficult to deal with throughout the offer and acceptance process. I do not feel that it was in Intercounty's interest to present our offer in the best light. I'll be avoiding them as a buyer and seller in the future.

Peter took the time to discuss my options regarding my shared ownership property and was very helpful and patiwnt despite me buying the remaining share delaying listing the house for about 4 months. When I eventually recontacted him to get the house on the market he remembered all the details and was so efficient. I was really impressed with the service. James took over with selling the property and he really is such a helpful, nice man, who reassured me constantly throughout the process and explained every detail to me, keeping me updated after every viewing as I asked. I had an offer after 5 days on the market thanks to Intercounty’s hard work so I could not have been more grateful. I highly recommend Intercounty Stansted.

GoogleI'm so sorry it's taken us so long to write this review! Moving with a toddler is not for the faint hearted haha! But now that we've some what settled - I could not fault intercounty Stansted! From the very first evaluation with Peter to competition with Tom we had so much guidance and support. They were excellent especially with dealing with our buyers solicitors who were awful and extremely rude to both them and our solicitors (they were also Stansted based for anyone looking at solicitors avoid). Incredibly friendly and not at all pushy or your "typical" estate agents. They respect you and your home and guide you rather than tell you what to do. If we ever want to move back to the area in the future they will be our first port of call for sure! We have recommended them so many times already! Thank you so much guys!
