We had an amazing experience selling our property with Hunters. From the valuation from Tommy where he kept realistic and didnt throw out unachievable figures and his understanding of the local market set him apart from the other agents we had round. Demi was brilliant in booking in alot of viewings and getting an offer we accepted within a week and a half. Then Darren was brilliant at progressing our sale to ensure our sale completed within 2 months. All in all a fantastic team and would definitely recommend to anyone selling their property.

Working with Ella has been refreshing! A lot of estate agents are slow and don't go the extra mile. However Ella has always provided us a truly amazing experience from the start to finish. Wasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!

We used Hunters Estate Agents recently to handle our house sale that has just been finalised. Without doubt their level of customer care and service was outstanding. From the very beginning (Valuation of the property) the Branch Owner visited ourselves to show how much of personal service this would be. All of the team here at Hunter’s went above and beyond during the house sale process with regular updates, keeping in touch with ourselves and the buyers solicitors and resolving any issues that arose. We had a great experience with Hunters Pudsey in comparison to our previous experience with Manning Stainton. Huge thank you to Georgia who was very supportive and pro-active from day one, helping to increase viewings of our house which led to securing a sale. Georgia went above and beyond during the end stage as well, to ensure we exchanged after some difficulties with our buyer's solicitor. We really appreciated it! Absolutely blown away by the level of service we received from Hunters. Georgia and the team were always on hand to answer my questions and I always felt like they were being proactive in selling my house. We were originally for sale with a competitor where we felt like a number. We switched to Hunters after poor form from the competitor and our house sold very quickly. As we've progressed through the sales process they’ve always answered the phone, and always come back to me with answers to anything I’ve needed the same day. 10/10 from me and I’m famous for being negative and grumpy! Not with Hunters!
