Shakela at greens in mere green kept the whole moving process on the road. She had to deal with difficult solicitors and chased them almost daily. Her communication with her clients (or their representative as I was) was absolutely top class. She is the person who has worked the hardest in the whole process to make the move happen. Greens you have a real star in Shakela!

They are not good at getting details correct. They over charged for insurance, don't check property details ie, what fences at my responsibility, i have to check the tenants are looking after the garden myself because they are not interested and they found me tenant with no references.

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the service and respond to your points as follows, We will be happy to discuss the insurance in more detail as you currently do not hold this through us. The fence issue reported by the tenant was referred to yourself with photos, we do apologise that you were not asked which side of the fence was yours however we do also establish how you would like to proceed prior to arranging any works. Now you have confirmed the fence in question is the neighbours responsibility we have informed the tenant and updated the property records for future to avoid any further miscommunication. The latest property inspection was conducted in January 2022 and with the exception of the oven all was in good order, the inspection was sent to yourself with photos showing the garden in good seasonal order for the time of year. The applicants referencing was discussed with you prior to the move in taking place and we acted on your instruction to proceed with the tenancy. We hope that resolves your queries however we will arrange for a senior member of the team to contact you to discuss any further concerns you may have.

There are really no words to describe how happy we are with the service that we received from Greens. They say that selling and buying properties is one of the most stressful things we can do in life. That is absolutely true but our journey was made so much easier by the mazing service and support we received from Ian and Chris at the Boldmere Branch of Greens. They were outstanding and without their support I would have been so much more anxious. Ian was that buffer between ourselves and the solicitor and other parties. Nothing was too much trouble, whenever I called him, which seemed to be on a daily basis towards the end , he was so kind and supportive. He did exactly what he said he would do, he always returned my calls and answered my emails. We moved on the agreed date and this would certainly have not been possible with Ian and Chris's interventions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so very grateful to you and all of your colleagues who were also always friendly and efficient when I called . Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Avoid Green Properies at all cost !

Avoid this agent !! In September a property in Minworth was listed at 280000. I have seen them raise the price of the same plot by 7500 GBP in 2 months. I visited a property for a viewing on Friday 12th November. Was told it was at 282500 and their office on Monday tells me it is now 287500 !! So they raised price by 5000 just over the weekend... And this despite them having no brochure about the property.. One of the most untrustworthy out there..

Absolute rubbish.paid them 2g plus to give my flat away for next to nothing Did not try to get best price for me 105 grand for a 2 bed flat absolute give away .avoid these like the plagueNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

I was really impressed by Mandy the financial advisor was so professional and helpful. when things didn't go a planned she made sure that things were pretty sharpish resolved.
