I cannot thank this team enough for helping me through my mortgage process, from getting into it and hearing the horrors of agents I thought I would have a long 6 months, but the team have taken the lead and the hardship off of us and made this experience such a good experience for us. I’d like to especially thank Lucy, Lauren and the wonderful Kerry, who was always a phone call away and would ease my worries and would always give me the best advice and help for all my random queries, even if that meant I called 10 times in a row she always helped me💗 I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them and I’d do it a million times again with them. I have had a brilliant experience with Green & Company at Castle Bromwich. I found a house that I loved and was able to get a quick viewing, within days the offer had been put in and accepted. Everything was communicated so well and I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or pop into the shop. When I did go in, everyone was so welcoming/friendly and they would all assist me with anything I needed. Once the offer had been accepted, it all went so smoothly. I was put in contact with Lauren, the mortgage advisor and she helped me to get a great rate and just explained everything to me as I am a first time buyer. She was so lovely and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in there. I was then put in contact with a local solicitors and they helped me sort all of the legal side. Green and Company kept me informed throughout, there were no delays and it was honestly a breeze. I am so glad I chose to buy my first home through a company that are so helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Nyree, who had been amazing throughout this whole process, so thorough with everything and she just made the whole process so easy. Recently worked with the Castle Bromwich team on our sale, outstanding team to work with. Not only did they work on our sale but they held our hand with our purchase too which was through a different agent. They were a very important cog in our journey which turned out to be much longer than expected due to a family tragedy and a change in our circumstances. Special mention to Lucy who was always available for a chat and helped smooth the waters on many occasions, she really did come through for us and propped us up emotionally at a very hard time, thank you so much Lucy! I bought my property from Green & Co in 2019 and the sale went through so easily and professionally that I decided to use them again to sell my property. Sophie was very helpful, gave me great advice and got the property on the market efficiently. Within 3 days of the property being on the market I accepted an offer and Sophie has expertly handled my property sale. I would highly recommend using Green & Co for selling and buying any property. Would not recommend anyone to sell their property through Castle Bromwich They were slow from the start Never returned our calls All the staff have negative attitudes towards clients We sold property 5 months ago But weren't confident in our buyer but was lead to believe otherwise He has now pulled out of sale 3 days ago A total waste of times I think the staff need retraining in Customer care Also staff were eating hot smelly food sometimes so that didn't come across as very professional There were lots of niggles which would take too long to explain Very poor service

The one thing I have to say is WOW 👌. The staff at Castle Bromwich, Ben, Nyree and Lucy have been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, no matter how big or small the problem is. From the moment Ben came to the property to going live was 2 days. The photo's taken were fantastic and done to a high standard. They have all made the transaction of selling and buying run very smoothly. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend Green & Company, Castle Bromwich if you are considering moving. All the staff are very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.

Our ongoing purchasing was not straight forward and the house we purchased was not through this firm but Nyree went above and beyond offering advice and support throughout the whole process. From the very start everyone was so friendly and helpful.It took longer than I thought to actually get the house on the market,but this estate agent didn’t hassle me like some that I had approached. I loved the face to face approach,not just online .The updates after every viewing was excellent .I didn’t once feel I had been forgot about .My house sold within 4 weeks and got the full asking price .Even when everything had been decided I was able to just walk in with any questions and paperwork .They made the whole process really easy .Would definitely recommend these .

No idea how they sell properties

No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.
