I engaged Green & Company to sell my late mother's house as they sold the house opposite. Shaz came out to value the property and explained the various options I had for selling it. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each and left me to make an informed decision. During this time he was always available on the end of the phone to answer my questions. In the end I chose to sell via Modern Auction. The marketing details they listed on their website were very good. I had about 20 viewings, hosted by various branches of Green & Company, in the space of 7 days before the auction closed. The final price achieved was better than expected. Thank you Shaz and team.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I have looked at the file in relation to the property in question and can confirm that the property was sold, subject to contract, by another estate agent. This property was being sold by a builder that had taken the property in on a part exchange basis. Initially we were unable to gain access to the property. The builder instructed two estate agents to sell the property and the original vendor delivered the keys to the other agent. This agent sold the property (subject to contract) and we have been unable to gain access to the property although we have been instructed to keep the file open until the sale has exchanged contracts. We should have come back to you to inform you of this and I can only apologise that we did not keep you up to date.

Initially had to make 3-4 phone calls to have all the mistakes (12 photos that were repetitive, incorrect descriptions on at least 3 of the rooms, incorrect floor plan for downstairs) on the websites rectified to give accurate description of property. When I called to advise that we would not be using their recommended solicitors due to cost, the agent we'd been dealing with never bothered with us again and we had to make phone calls to them for updates. Only found out we had a viewing during a chase up call! However, during any contact with the staff, they were all very pleasant and courteous. As I stated in an email to them, they were very on the ball when it came to sending their invoice!! No response.....

My Experience with Green & Co (Great Barr) has been a very bad one. I viewed a property which i liked very much and had put an offer in right after the viewing, I was told that I was the highest bidder however the vendor wishes for the viewings to go on however I would be kept updated as I was very keen on the property. The agent was very polite at the start (because we were the highest bidders) I was promised a phone call on Saturday and Monday for an update however I did not receive a call. I called them to speak to the agent however she was 'busy'. I then emailed her to which she still has not responded (its been 4 weeks) I decided to call them back and speak to another agent who had told me that the property had been sold. They are very sales orientated and just want to earn their commissions, they do not care about their customers.
