Everything was well explained and nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm or the rest of the team.
Malcolm has excellent local knowledge and was even able to offer us advise on village activities including the up coming beer festival at the village hall.

GoogleThe Green & Co team helped us in August last year. We had seen a property that they were representing earlier in 2025 but we did not have ours on the market and so missed it.
Not longer after an interesting property became available and the Green & Co team were very accommodating and understanding of our need for many questions and multiple visits, sometimes at a moments notice. They assisted with the negotiations and when they were completed, James called me to confirm, despite being off sick.
Great service from everyone involved at Green & Co, I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe couldn’t be happier with the service at Green and Co. We actually only dealt with them as they were agents for people we were buying our house from but they have been the most helpful people in our whole buying/selling process. Both Kevin and Harry have been so supportive and informative and although we had a few hiccups along the way have been completely understanding and provided us with advice when we needed it. Most importantly the communication was excellent. Most professionals we dealt with in the process were a nightmare to get hold of, or we had to do all the communicating. This was not the case with Green and Co, with regular, friendly yet professional communication they made the whole process much smoother. Our only regret is not using them to sell our house and we will 100% be using them for anything else we might need in the future.

Harriet continually went above and beyond to help me with any queries, and she was particularly amazing with my daughter who has special needs - Harriet helped to make sure my daughter was comfortable and happy at viewings and when we visited the Wantage branch. Chris has also been very helpful, I had a couple of queries once I moved into the property and Chris immediately responded and resolved my queries.
