GoogleI am a landlord for a property that is managed by Greens Sutton Coldfield. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here and all issues, queries and renewals are dealt with promptly. I must make a special mention for Amy Hurley who is very professional and has all the knowledge that she needs to do her job to the great level she does.

GoogleFantastic service, the staff go above and beyond at every stage. They are always on hand for advice, are knowledgeable and up to date with new legislation that I can't personally keep up with! And they are so friendly and understanding. Would highly recommend 👌 Thank you James, Anita and Amy for all of your continued support 🙏

GoogleTerrible service, broken boiler for over 2 months and nothing done about it. A complete mess of a letting agent. Totally disorganised.

GoogleI can not reccomend this company to rent out your property! They don't respond to emails or voicemails. Only department I can get a response from is Sales, who can't help with lettings. Very disappointing.
