Happy with our experience selling our house with Boldmere Greens. The team, especially Chris, were always friendly and available to answer questions & helped us achieve a great selling price. Would recommend 👍🏼 …

Thank you so much to the team for selling my house! It was not an easy sale with lots of issues along the way from different parties but they have stayed professional and worked incredibly hard to get the sale over the line. I could not be more grateful to them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Fantastic service, the staff go above and beyond at every stage. They are always on hand for advice, are knowledgeable and up to date with new legislation that I can't personally keep up with! And they are so friendly and understanding. Would highly recommend 👌 Thank you James, Anita and Amy for all of your continued support 🙏

I am a landlord for a property that is managed by Greens Sutton Coldfield. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here and all issues, queries and renewals are dealt with promptly. I must make a special mention for Amy Hurley who is very professional and has all the knowledge that she needs to do her job to the great level she does.

Greens have been fantastic in selling my property so far. When my first sale fell through unexpectedly, we were very worried about the impact of this on our upwards sale. Within twenty minutes, Jacquie had reassured me and lined up another 4 viewings - all of which we felt were well selected for the property and were in a position to act quickly to fix the chain. We managed to complete the viewings, deal with offers and fix the chain within two working days and I’m so thankful for Jacquie’s quick response. The sale process is still ongoing for us but I’m very grateful and thankful for the support we have received and continue to receive from Greens and would always recommend them to others.

The service we received from Greens was fantastic. From the valuation with Johnathon who was very professional yet friendly and very experienced and up to date on the trends, prices, sales past and present in the area. To the viewings/negotiating with buyers from Tara in the office, she is absolutely incredible and had a full understanding of what the buyers were looking for when booking them in to view my house, ensuring my house was going to be suitable for them. Finally, then once sold the handling of sale process with buyers and solicitors with Shakila was fabulous. She handled everything with professionalism and kept me feeling very confident as the sale progressed. Greens also sold my first house a few years ago with much the same fantastic service too. Johnathon, Tara and Shakila were a dream team for me to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Second time I have used Greens to sell a property. The service I received was excellent from Paul, to Chris, right through to Donna overseeing everything. Communication was also equally spot on. Donna was fabulous throughout the process and came back promptly with answers when requested. Thank you.
