Honestly, such an amazing company to sell your house with! From the beginning, they were so professional and to be honest well priced with their fees compared to other estate agents! The photos taken of my property were great and we had lots of viewings arranged for us straight away and sold our property within days. All of the staff here couldn't have been anymore helpful throughout the whole process. The communication from them at every step was superb. In fact, April in specific was more on the ball than our solicitors and was making enquiries constantly for us and pushing for our exchange of contracts more than our solicitors! April genuinely cares at this branch and when we were worried we might have lost our sale due to our solicitors taking ages, she managed to sort everything out for us and exchanged straight away. I couldn't be more appreciative of what April did for us- she really went above and beyond and for that I couldn't recommend this estate agents any higher than I do. We also used the mortgage advisor Mandy in this branch too and she was excellent and supportive from the start and clarified multiple times figures etc. with us- she was extremely patient - which is what you want and need when making such a big decision. Thank you Green & Company for been so helpful and helping to make our dream move happen!

We are currently selling our house through the Wamley branch of Green & co. The whole team are fab, nothing is too much trouble and have made what is said to be one of the most stressful things in life, not so much. The extended services they have recommended, such as the financial and legal support has all be fabulous and the communication from all has been second to none. I would definitely recommend using them if you’re in the market to sell.

I can't recommend any lettings agent more highly than Greens ... they've looked after our flats for a good few years now and prior to this our tenant finds, always going the extra mile in customer service to both landlords and tenants . I have let through Greens for a number of years now. They were super efficient in finding me suitable tenants. Their lettings service is second to none. They are extremely pro- active with reliable information and their customer service has a personal touch, in particular the Area Manager Amy Hurley. Amy’s knowledge and experience played an integral role in the trust I have with Greens now and going forward into the future.

I am a landlord for a property that is managed by Greens Sutton Coldfield. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here and all issues, queries and renewals are dealt with promptly. I must make a special mention for Amy Hurley who is very professional and has all the knowledge that she needs to do her job to the great level she does.

Excellent in house local service I had a nightmare with my previous Lettings agency as the flat rented through them was left wrecked. The electrics had been illegally wired, storage heaters moved etc etc. The walk in shower had been taken out and a badly fitted bathroom suite put in and to cap it all the flat had been repainted a kaleidoscope of colours . All despite supposedly being fully managed. Once the flat had been gutted and brought up to its original standard I thought I would try Greens. I called Greens and Callum answered quickly (always good sign) and incredibly he came down and took photographs that afternoon. Within a month it has been rented and tenant moved in and having had such a bad experience before, Callum kindly went through all the applicants to minimise a recurrence. The whole inventory process, insurance and everything necessary for compliance has been handled effortlessly and they assure me the flat will be checked twice a year. Callum has been like a breath of fresh air. All subsequent dealings have been through the local branch and no national delegation of tasks, thus ensuring accountability. Thank you Callum and Greens. Should have come to you first time! Would definitely recommend Greens.
