Green and company have been amazing throughout my home buying journey. As a first time buyer its difficult at times with navigating the process of purchasing a property however greens had been amazing. I would like to personally shoutout Kerry. Not only had she answered any enquiries however she had helped make my process so efficient and was always there helping and supporting along the way. I honestly can not thank Kerry enough and she is definitely a huge credit to the team at green and company.

Went on with Greens estate agent Castle Bromwich all seemed good from the sign up period until the photos were taken and sent to us and we had no floor space for the garage then was told you don’t live in the garage finally they came back to do it Buyers came asked agent if the price is negotiable even though it was offers over agent said that’s the price non negotiable we had already told the agent verbally and by email OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED three potential buyers and suddenly no interest could not even contact some of buyers yet one purchased the property across the road £15k dearer well what can I say couldn’t wait to get my property off my opinion is don’t go there BAD that’s my experience yours might be BETTER. Spoke to the MD and he wasn’t bothered either Stars Minus is not enough

I cannot thank this team enough for helping me through my mortgage process, from getting into it and hearing the horrors of agents I thought I would have a long 6 months, but the team have taken the lead and the hardship off of us and made this experience such a good experience for us. Just exchanged contracts on a sale after a long process and could not recommend Greens any more! From the initial valuation from Ben we were very impressed with the service being offered and the friendly nature of everyone involved. Through no fault of greens, and having had our first chain collapse, Nyree and Sophie had to deal with some really tricky solicitors on the buying side and managed to get us over the line in the end! Special thanks to Nyree who was extremely patient and professional, she was always there to provide me with updates even though she probably will be happy to not have to hear me call up again for an update from the buyer’s solicitors! The one thing I have to say is WOW 👌. The staff at Castle Bromwich, Ben, Nyree and Lucy have been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, no matter how big or small the problem is. From the moment Ben came to the property to going live was 2 days. The photo's taken were fantastic and done to a high standard. They have all made the transaction of selling and buying run very smoothly. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance throughout the process.
