Ann at green gas been absolutely brilliant, I cannot explain how much time and effort she has put into the sale of my house, from the word go she was brilliant, sold the house within the first day, and constantly kept me up to date all the time, chasing Solictors even when it wasn’t greens that needed to, honestly, this woman has been superwoman for me and my family, She even got me a new house that I was after, exactly we’re I wanted it at the the right price Thanks Ann Thanks green and co

They are not good at getting details correct. They over charged for insurance, don't check property details ie, what fences at my responsibility, i have to check the tenants are looking after the garden myself because they are not interested and they found me tenant with no references.

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the service and respond to your points as follows, We will be happy to discuss the insurance in more detail as you currently do not hold this through us. The fence issue reported by the tenant was referred to yourself with photos, we do apologise that you were not asked which side of the fence was yours however we do also establish how you would like to proceed prior to arranging any works. Now you have confirmed the fence in question is the neighbours responsibility we have informed the tenant and updated the property records for future to avoid any further miscommunication. The latest property inspection was conducted in January 2022 and with the exception of the oven all was in good order, the inspection was sent to yourself with photos showing the garden in good seasonal order for the time of year. The applicants referencing was discussed with you prior to the move in taking place and we acted on your instruction to proceed with the tenancy. We hope that resolves your queries however we will arrange for a senior member of the team to contact you to discuss any further concerns you may have.

A fantastic company with a really personalised service. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, but I must mention Ann who went above and beyond. I was buying one of their properties, not selling, so didn’t pay them a penny for their service but still got regular updates and quick responses to any queries. I absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

I bought my property recently through Green & Company and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. I only have experience of them from the buyers side, however they were so helpful, friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Every member of staff I dealt with were great. Lisa and Anne I spoke to alot and they were amazing. They were so responsive, great at communicating and always kept the whole process moving along for a quick completion (less than three months). Thanks again for your joint effort for a hassle free buying process. I was moving from London back to the Midlands, so had alot of things to sort out on top of the usual list. It certainly took the stress out of everything for me, which was greatly appreciated.

I have had weekly and even daily communications with updates and support for my sale. We recently purchased our new property with Green & Co. the process got very stressful in the end as we were in a chain but the guys at Green & Co were amazing. Ann was fantastic and really helped us get the move over the line (no thanks to very little help from our own estate agents). They went above and beyond and always kept in touch through the process. Always called back if we left a message too. 10/10 for service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team!

We have just completed on what became quite a difficult sale transaction, not helped by some of the legal work. I would like to say a massive thank you to Shakila who worked tirelessly to get the transaction to its conclusion. Continually chasing all parties and keeping us updated. I'm sure I must have become a thorn in her side but she was professional, polite and friendly throughout. We finally completed on Friday and a huge thank you goes to Shakila. Superb in every area from valuation to sale and purchase. Jonathon, Tara and Shakila have provided first class service with prompt action at every stage of the sale and purchase process. Call backs, immediate feedback, support and proactive searches for properties in desired roads and area. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. The service we received from Greens was fantastic. From the valuation with Johnathon who was very professional yet friendly and very experienced and up to date on the trends, prices, sales past and present in the area. To the viewings/negotiating with buyers from Tara in the office, she is absolutely incredible and had a full understanding of what the buyers were looking for when booking them in to view my house, ensuring my house was going to be suitable for them. Finally, then once sold the handling of sale process with buyers and solicitors with Shakila was fabulous. She handled everything with professionalism and kept me feeling very confident as the sale progressed. Greens also sold my first house a few years ago with much the same fantastic service too. Johnathon, Tara and Shakila were a dream team for me to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, such an amazing company to sell your house with! From the beginning, they were so professional and to be honest well priced with their fees compared to other estate agents! The photos taken of my property were great and we had lots of viewings arranged for us straight away and sold our property within days. All of the staff here couldn't have been anymore helpful throughout the whole process. The communication from them at every step was superb. In fact, April in specific was more on the ball than our solicitors and was making enquiries constantly for us and pushing for our exchange of contracts more than our solicitors! April genuinely cares at this branch and when we were worried we might have lost our sale due to our solicitors taking ages, she managed to sort everything out for us and exchanged straight away. I couldn't be more appreciative of what April did for us- she really went above and beyond and for that I couldn't recommend this estate agents any higher than I do. We also used the mortgage advisor Mandy in this branch too and she was excellent and supportive from the start and clarified multiple times figures etc. with us- she was extremely patient - which is what you want and need when making such a big decision. Thank you Green & Company for been so helpful and helping to make our dream move happen!
