Called in today with a stack of paperwork as part of a mortgage application. Donna was kind enough to scan it across to the mortgage advisor Lisa for me. Considering most of the pages were curled up at the edge, she had to scan each one individually. We bought and sold our houses through this agent and have used Lisa for mortgage advice since 2013. The team at Green & Co were incredibly helpful from the moment I went for my first viewing to the moment the contracts were exchanged. They were also flexible and accommodated a further viewing so that I could make up my mind for sure. On top of that, the solicitors they recommended were all competitive on price and had great availability which was a nice peace of mind when it came to updates. What a pleasure it was having this company sell my house! I arranged a valuation and Gemma called at 12MD, gave a thorough market appraisal and valuation for my property. She said she may have someone on the books who would be interested and called the office. A viewing was arranged for 2pm and an offer had been received by 4pm, with an increased offer the following morning. You couldn’t make it up! Perfect estate agency work. Then followed the usual stressful conveyancing bit as solicitors do their thing! Donna kept me updated throughout in her usual caring, efficient way, always on the ball and letting me know of all movements as they happened (I’m sure she was born to do this job). Whenever I phoned or called in with queries all the staff were terrific and dealt with my concerns quickly and efficiently. In a nutshell, Gemma sold my house within a couple of hours of her first visit, and Donna and the team dealt with the conveyancing process perfectly through to completion. Priceless!!!

No idea how they sell properties

No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.
