Green & Company Tamworth Sales reviews

Very happy with Green & Co.

I engaged Green & Company to sell my late mother's house as they sold the house opposite. Shaz came out to value the property and explained the various options I had for selling it. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each and left me to make an informed decision. During this time he was always available on the end of the phone to answer my questions. In the end I chose to sell via Modern Auction. The marketing details they listed on their website were very good. I had about 20 viewings, hosted by various branches of Green & Company, in the space of 7 days before the auction closed. The final price achieved was better than expected. Thank you Shaz and team.

I found the consultant Angela to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. . She gave some excellent and valued advice regarding the properties I’m looking for. I will not hesitate to come back to Angela when I’m ready to pursue my sale & forthcoming purchase. I was made to feel at ease and no question I had went unanswered. Thank you.

When the stress of moving became a daily grind and solicitors did not think it was their job to communicate and complete tasks in a timely manor. Green & Company stepped up and supported us throughout the process. Donna communicated more than the paid professionals and always kept me updated. Highly recommended.

Awful

Awful experience with the Sutton Coldfield letting branch. Good luck getting any issues resolved, they don't care and lie their way out of things. Have to agree with a previous review, Ellen is extremely rude and unhelpful.
