GoogleWhen the stress of moving became a daily grind and solicitors did not think it was their job to communicate and complete tasks in a timely manor. Green & Company stepped up and supported us throughout the process. Donna communicated more than the paid professionals and always kept me updated. Highly recommended.

Clint asked me for personal details - proof of funds for a property and my availability..then just didn’t get back to me! When I chased him 4 days later apparently he was at the stage of getting offers for the house and only had 2 viewing slots left during working hours - none of which were suitable. Clint confirmed viewings had taken place all week already (whilst I was available to view) - really disappointing service. The agents clearly aren’t bothered about ensuring everyone gets a fair chance to purchase a property. It seems they aren’t actually working in the best interest of the sellers (who will be funding their commission payments).

Absolutely irresponsible agents who left the heating on, in my empty property when viewings were taking place. I obviously accumulated a overcharge in my bill. They have not taken any accountability and have left me out of pocket. Be careful when using Green in Great Barr. Unreliable, untrustworthy and irresponsible.

GoogleGreen & Company Tamworth were helpful because they went above and beyond for not only the vendor but also us as the buyers. We had emails answered promptly and many calls made on our behalf. This would of been a much more stressful and drawn out process without their help.
