Although selling can be a frustrating process, we can’t fault Shakila and Kerry at green & co. We liked the listing process and that many photos were used, when we bought through green & co the 3d tour was very helpful and liked having that when we sold as well. We were in a bit of a hurry so chased everyone a lot but it wasn’t the estate agents fault and they were always reachable and quick to respond. Chain free the process took 3 months and when we bought with them in 2023 with a chain it took 2.5 months. They filtered well for buyers. All went well and would recommend them.

I have used Green & Co Boldmere to purchase a lovely property in Boldmere. Both Kerry and Shakila were brilliant from the very start of the process. Despite having few difficulties from vendor's side along the way, Boldmere team managed to drive this to completion. We were always greeted with the smile and my frequent requests for update and chasing vendor were always promptly actioned. I highly recommend using Boldmere branch if you want to purchase nice property in Sutton Coldfield and Boldmere area.

Couldn't speak more highly of this team, in particular Katie and Shakila. Katie was always really friendly, showing us round (multiple times) the house we went on to buy, and answering any questions we had- she then continued to be a friendly and patient voice on the phone (after calling far too many times!). This genuinely made the whole experience a much more enjoyable one. Shakila was exceptionally professional, skilled and calm when dealing with several difficult moments in the purchase. She also gave helpful advice about how to fairly negotiate on the price of the property, which for first-time buyers was really helpful.
