Where to begin? Charlotte and her team are absolutely incredible. We devastatingly lost our daughter at the beginning of our house sale and the level of compassion, flexibility and care that Charlotte showed us was unparalleled. Charlotte and her team were brilliant from start to finish. They did an excellent job helping us sell our late mom's property. She fully understood and handled all the complexities that arose and nothing was to much trouble, always responding effectively and efficiently. When I had originally decided to buy a McCarthy & Stone property Green & Co were one of the Estate Agents selected by them to sell my property. (Estate agents were changed regularly). I immediately liked Mark Davies who came out to value & photograph my property. He was frank & honest & gave me confidence that my house would sell. When I decided to buy a property elsewhere I personally instructed Green & Co because they had achieved the most viewings for me. I found liaising with them was very easy; they happily organised viewings whilst I was away on holiday. After a buyer was identified I found Charlotte helpful, informative & she was always at the end of the phone to deal with my queries. I also thought their fees were competitive & very reasonable. No idea how they sell properties

No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.
