Found the viewing as thorough & helpful . It was on time & not rushed. I requested a paper copy of details of flat, he said he would request one. Afew days later I was rung by a Green member &. asked for my view. I again asked for a paper copy of the flat. However to date have not received a copy. As I have no printer & only a tablet to view non too easy. I would love to see aplan of flat & also.dimensions. I do hope my request for details of any more flats in that complex especially a 2 bedroom to compare with will be honoured. .

The valuer over valued the property by 20k and gave the impression it would be in demand at that price. When I turned down the first offer made and subsequently the second offer by a different buyer I was told the asking price was far to high and we wouldn't get that even if the house was closer to the Walmley boundary. I said why did your agent value it at this and I was told that they were testing the water, but this is certainly not what he said at the time. I didn't find dealing with them very pleasant at all and as the sale was following a bereavement I felt that they didn't show any understanding of the situation. I often ended up speaking to different people who sometimes didn't know the latest regarding the sale.

Very poor experience with Green and…

Very poor experience with Green and Company Walmley Letting. Firstly, they failed to register my details after completing the registration process on 12/08/23 . So I had to send them the detail again. It took ages for them to return my calls on 14/08/23 when trying to get a viewing. I had to get several other Green and Co offices to ring the Walmley Letting dept to get them to reply to their own customers! It was completely ridiculous. After finally getting a viewing on the property and looking to proceed, Green and Co Walmley letting totally missed both timelines they told me I would get an answer by (Rachel gave me those timelines). They could not get hold of their own landlord for several days. Then they came back with some laughable response that contradicted their own advert! The way they wasted my time was disgraceful and the way they dealt with me as a potential customer was very poor. I already let them know time was of the essence. I do NOT recommend them. I will never deal with Green and Co Walmley letting again or give them any future business. Looking at all the low rating reviews on here, I now see I am not the only one disappointed, after receiving such a poor service.
