We have just exchanged contracts with our buyers after selling our house with Green & Company Estate Agents (walmley office) We have to say the whole team at walmley office are polite, professional and very pleasant to work with. They are a lot better than their neighbouring estate agents. Charlotte Perchard is very helpful in particular and always pleasant to speak to and very good at pushing things in the right direction. I have had the best experience with the Green & Co, Walmley Office. My flat was not selling and Mark contacted me again after I had gone with alternative estate agents initially. Mark had no issues with coming on board as a second estate agent and it was sold in under two weeks. They were quick, efficient, I was able to contact them whenever I needed to. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I had support and advice along the way. I was especially happy with the friendly and supportive nature of the team involved. Hillary was involved at completion stage and talked me through things and supported me when I was quite emotional about leaving my flat and moving away from Birmingham for a new life in Devon!!….helping me to process the emotions involved in a house move. Hillary didn’t have to be so kind and understanding but it came naturally to her. I was grateful for such a personal service and it helped my move to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you Green & Co for all your hard work and support! ❤️

After feeling like we were pushed to market with greens by another branch in order to keep our purchase i had very low hopes HOWEVER i cannot recommend this branch enough! Poor David gave good and bad news multiple times between offers we had and Charlotte has pushed and pushed through every hurdle we have faced for our sale to get to this point. We got there in the end. In the space of 11 months our house was only really on the market for less than 3 weeks. Green & Co definately helped with the footfall. After the first 2 attempts, time wasters, the 3rd was a success. All I have to say is, Pure class! well done Charlotte and Hilary. Their knowledge and experience was first class. I engaged Green & Company to sell my late mother's house as they sold the house opposite. Shaz came out to value the property and explained the various options I had for selling it. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each and left me to make an informed decision. During this time he was always available on the end of the phone to answer my questions. In the end I chose to sell via Modern Auction. The marketing details they listed on their website were very good. I had about 20 viewings, hosted by various branches of Green & Company, in the space of 7 days before the auction closed. The final price achieved was better than expected. Thank you Shaz and team.
