Found the viewing as thorough & helpful . It was on time & not rushed. I requested a paper copy of details of flat, he said he would request one. Afew days later I was rung by a Green member &. asked for my view. I again asked for a paper copy of the flat. However to date have not received a copy. As I have no printer & only a tablet to view non too easy. I would love to see aplan of flat & also.dimensions. I do hope my request for details of any more flats in that complex especially a 2 bedroom to compare with will be honoured. .

An exceptional Estate Agents, friendly, with excellent customer service. They talked us through every aspect of the sale. Shahzad is calm, professional and inspires complete trust. From explaining the processes clearly to always being on hand and taking things forward we couldn't have been happier with our sale. Despite the inevitable stresses they were always available working on our behalf resolving issues and providing reassurance. Dee and Nicola in the office are always at the end of a phone and Dee kept everything on track throughout the sale by linking it all together. From the very start of the process of selling my property,I was kept informed of every stage that had taken place. I felt that Green and Co were really invested in getting my property on the market as quickly as possible and once a buyer had been found,it was just a matter of leaving Green and Co to take care of everything for me. It turned out to be a very simple process and the completion of the sale took about six weeks from start to finish. We are currently selling our house through the Wamley branch of Green & co. The whole team are fab, nothing is too much trouble and have made what is said to be one of the most stressful things in life, not so much. The extended services they have recommended, such as the financial and legal support has all be fabulous and the communication from all has been second to none. I would definitely recommend using them if you’re in the market to sell.
