We recently sold our house and bought our new house through Green & Co. We loved the virtual tour feature on both houses and found it so helpful to use the measuring tool for the new house. The management of viewings was great- communication was effective and really clear. Whenever we called for updates, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Donna was great during the more complex and stressful parts of the process - helping us to unblock communication issues between the various solicitors.

The team at Green & Co were incredibly helpful from the moment I went for my first viewing to the moment the contracts were exchanged. They were also flexible and accommodated a further viewing so that I could make up my mind for sure. On top of that, the solicitors they recommended were all competitive on price and had great availability which was a nice peace of mind when it came to updates. I want to thank Donna, Di and Lisa for their efforts throughout the entire process, they all acted promptly and with due diligence every time. What a pleasure it was having this company sell my house! I arranged a valuation and Gemma called at 12MD, gave a thorough market appraisal and valuation for my property. She said she may have someone on the books who would be interested and called the office. A viewing was arranged for 2pm and an offer had been received by 4pm, with an increased offer the following morning. You couldn’t make it up! Perfect estate agency work. Then followed the usual stressful conveyancing bit as solicitors do their thing! Donna kept me updated throughout in her usual caring, efficient way, always on the ball and letting me know of all movements as they happened (I’m sure she was born to do this job). Whenever I phoned or called in with queries all the staff were terrific and dealt with my concerns quickly and efficiently. In a nutshell, Gemma sold my house within a couple of hours of her first visit, and Donna and the team dealt with the conveyancing process perfectly through to completion. Priceless!!!
