GoogleAfter being put in an awkward and stressful situation and having to move with short notice, Green & Company were the first that we approached after our neighbours were selling with them. I'm so glad that we made that call! From the get-go, the office staff we spoke to on the phone were professional, welcoming and kind. Every member of the team we met; Person doing the valuation & pictures, office staff, mortgage advisor, viewing agent, were all fab! They were professional, but could have a joke and made the process a bit more fun and bearable, even amongst the stress we were facing. The office staff reassured us when things didn't go to plan, and now we're in and settled, we see that in the earlier stages, they were right - Things weren't meant to be with houses that didn't work out. Overall, from start to finish, Green & Co were great. The sales progresser in the later stages was fantastic and eager to get things moving. She made the more stressful times easier to cope with, knowing we had her email or number on hand for a chat about things. I'd definitely continue to recommend Green & Co for your house move needs! We bought and sold with them and it made the process much more streamlined and simple.

GoogleJust sold my house with the Green & Company team at Boldmere. Great team effort so a few shout outs to the staff for their support. Gary priced my house well, took professional photos and agreed a price for the sale up front. Kiran is the manager and is great at communicating with the seller regarding viewings and arranged a video at short notice for socials which was great. Shakila gave fabulous advice when I received an offer, I trusted her opinion after 34 years in the business. Don't chase the money! Kerry was ace at getting the sale over the line and probably has to deal with people when they are getting frustrated. She was calm, organised, supportive and a great listener. They also recommended a terrific solicitors who worked hard on my behalf. Well done team. Would recommend for a smooth process throughout!

We had major issues with both sets of solicitors and if not for Charlotte (who deserves a medal) from Green and Co. I suspect the deal may have fallen through or taken 3x times longer than it actually did. Keep up the good work Green and Co and I would happily recommend you to friends, family or strangers!

James arranged our initial viewing, and Nicola kept us updated throughout the whole process. As our purchase was part of a longer chain and we had a limited time left on our mortgage offer, Nicola worked incredibly hard to make sure everything completed two days before it expired.
