I wanted to market a flat quickly as it was a second property in under a week everything in place and viewing has commenced. The manager Kieran Perry was so helpful and efficient and is always available on the phone or in branch to help or answer questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them very efficient reliable and extremely committed .

Would not recommend anyone to sell their property through Castle Bromwich They were slow from the start Never returned our calls All the staff have negative attitudes towards clients We sold property 5 months ago But weren't confident in our buyer but was lead to believe otherwise He has now pulled out of sale 3 days ago A total waste of times I think the staff need retraining in Customer care Also staff were eating hot smelly food sometimes so that didn't come across as very professional There were lots of niggles which would take too long to explain Very poor service

I used Green and Co. Great Barr branch to let my first property. Amanda and Karina were both extremely helpful, patient and personable and made the entire experience as pain free as possible for me. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking to let out a property to give them a call, and hopefully will have the chance to work with them again in the future

No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.

I have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in search of an estate agent who prioritises customer satisfaction above all else.

The offices in CHESTER ROAD has a terrible service . Phoned them three times about a property and they wanted offer letter from mortgage company . Said they will send an email to reply with my offer letter but never sent it. Phoned back made pathetic excuses as they were busy I mean how long does it take to send an email ? My advice choose other estate agents if your selling your house as the staff are not their to help customers .

GoogleThe service I have received from Green & Co has been outstanding from the moment I viewed the property I wanted right through to the day I picked up my keys. I mainly spoke with Jacquie along the way and she was fantastic and kept me updated regularly about how everything was progressing. Luis was also kind enough to meet me at the property before it was officially mine and let me in to measure the bedrooms, so I could order some furniture. If you're looking for excellent service then I definitely recommend Green & Co. Thank you Jacquie, Luis and the rest of the team for all your help :)

GoogleWe have recently moved and used another estate agents who are based in Sutton Coldfield. Whilst they were immensely disappointing, Green & Co. (who handled the sale of the property above us in the chain) were fantastic; not just in terms of keeping the chain moving but crucially in terms of communicating with us and following up on our questions. In particular, Jacquie was tremendously helpful and - despite us not being customers of Green & Co. - went out of her way to assist our chain and to keep us informed. We would without a doubt go for Green & Co. if we were to move again, and very much regretted not having used them on this occasion.

GoogleIf you seen the series suits. Then these are in line with them. Just because a landlord decided not to go with us, green and co try to say our referencing failed which hadn't in in fact we passed but they still kept our deposit. Scammers at their finest. If a person stole a phone on the street it's robbery. Thief's at their finest

GoogleJacquie and the team were ace. We had a particularly difficult experience with our chain breaking three times over the course of a 6month period, but Jacquie was calm and collected all the way through. I am a bit of a control freak, but Jacquie was communicative and level headed all the way through which helped me no end with solid advice. No one I'd rather have in my corner.

Avoid this agent !! In September a property in Minworth was listed at 280000. I have seen them raise the price of the same plot by 7500 GBP in 2 months. I visited a property for a viewing on Friday 12th November. Was told it was at 282500 and their office on Monday tells me it is now 287500 !! So they raised price by 5000 just over the weekend... And this despite them having no brochure about the property.. One of the most untrustworthy out there..

We had been on with a couple of agents but had no luck selling our flat and viewings were few and far between until Green and Company and in particular Jacquie Harvey took over. I was very pleased with the hard work and dedication put in not only to sell our property but also to help the sale advance and complete. There were a few issues along the way especially as our buyers were based in Hong Kong and without Jaquie helping I don't think the sale would have gone through, definitely not as smoothly as it did. Would never recommend Green & Co Castle Bromwich 1. Most of the staff very unfriendly and just couldn't be bothered to help. 2. We had to encourage them to chase up any viewings for feedback. 3. Once we accepted an offer, they said they would cancel all further viewings, unfortunately they didn't do this which resulted in viewer knocking on the door to view the house and embarrassingly had to turn them away. 4. They failed to tell us the solicitor they recommended doesn't work with the mortgage lender even though we had mortgage advice through them. 5. 11 weeks in the sale process and not a single piece of communication from them. 6. Our chain breaks and we were informed from the estate agents who we were buying off, rather than Green & Co. 7. 3 days before completion we were still none the wiser as to what was going on unless we were chasing them for updates. The only extremely quick communication we had from them was a phone call asking for the bill to be paid once completed. They want a lot of money for doing very little.

I engaged Green & Company to sell my late mother's house as they sold the house opposite. Shaz came out to value the property and explained the various options I had for selling it. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each and left me to make an informed decision. During this time he was always available on the end of the phone to answer my questions. In the end I chose to sell via Modern Auction. The marketing details they listed on their website were very good. I had about 20 viewings, hosted by various branches of Green & Company, in the space of 7 days before the auction closed. The final price achieved was better than expected. Thank you Shaz and team.
