GoogleI have let through Greens for a number of years now. They were super efficient in finding me suitable tenants. Their lettings service is second to none. They are extremely pro- active with reliable information and their customer service has a personal touch, in particular the Area Manager Amy Hurley. Amy’s knowledge and experience played an integral role in the trust I have with Greens now and going forward into the future.

GoogleAs a buyer I received terrible customer service from Green and Co. We lost hundreds of pounds trying to purchase a property that was labelled as 'legal ready' when there were unresolved issues. We were made to feel guilty for pulling out. Would never use Greens in future

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your proposed purchase last year. Having looked at the property file I disagree that you received “terrible customer service” because I can see that there was regular contact throughout the transaction. At the time you raised your concerns regarding the marketing in relation to “Legal Ready”. We explained that “the term ‘Legal Ready’ when seen on the marketing details of a listed property is used to advise potential buyers that the seller HAS instructed a solicitor to act for them once a sale has been agreed with all the basic Land Registry title documentation purchased and property information requested is to hand.”. You were also aware that the vendor was an elderly lady that had recently lost her husband. Proceedings weren’t helped when it transpired some years ago that the sellers husband had sold part of the garden and a charge had been placed on the land in question. This had to be dealt with by the sellers conveyancer. Within the conveyancing period you requested a reduction for electrical work and then a further reduction from the agreed purchase price due to the conveyancing delays set out above. Our client could not afford to reduce the selling price any more than had been agreed. It was for this reason you decided to withdraw from the purchase of the property. We did all that we could to help you purchase this property and I am disappointed to read your comments but I wish you all the best for the future. Regards Green and Company.

GoogleI am a landlord for a property that is managed by Greens Sutton Coldfield. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here and all issues, queries and renewals are dealt with promptly. I must make a special mention for Amy Hurley who is very professional and has all the knowledge that she needs to do her job to the great level she does.

My Experience with Green & Co (Great Barr) has been a very bad one. I viewed a property which i liked very much and had put an offer in right after the viewing, I was told that I was the highest bidder however the vendor wishes for the viewings to go on however I would be kept updated as I was very keen on the property. The agent was very polite at the start (because we were the highest bidders) I was promised a phone call on Saturday and Monday for an update however I did not receive a call. I called them to speak to the agent however she was 'busy'. I then emailed her to which she still has not responded (its been 4 weeks) I decided to call them back and speak to another agent who had told me that the property had been sold. They are very sales orientated and just want to earn their commissions, they do not care about their customers. I think its absolutely disguising how they the service can turn from 'i can get a good commission from you so i'm going to provide you excellent service' to 'you're no good to me now so I just wont bother communicating with you'

GoogleI can not reccomend this company to rent out your property! They don't respond to emails or voicemails. Only department I can get a response from is Sales, who can't help with lettings. Very disappointing.

GoogleShakela at greens in mere green kept the whole moving process on the road. She had to deal with difficult solicitors and chased them almost daily. Her communication with her clients (or their representative as I was) was absolutely top class. She is the person who has worked the hardest in the whole process to make the move happen. Greens you have a real star in Shakela!

GoogleI can't recommend any lettings agent more highly than Greens ... they've looked after our flats for a good few years now and prior to this our tenant finds, always going the extra mile in customer service to both landlords and tenants . Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and a proactive approach to lettings management. Neil Hayward Landlord
