I recently sold my property through Green & Co in Four Oaks and I can't recommend them highly enough! Jacquie, Tara and Jonathan were absolutely brilliant from day one. The process of selling a property is extremely stressful but they acted with professionalism, calmness (when I wasn't calm!), humour when it was appropriate and efficiency throughout. We chose Green & Co to market the sale of our property. From the first visit to Exchange, Green & Co have been just brilliant. The documentation with an easy to follow step by step process proved to be invaluable in the sale of our house. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on how to prepare our property for sale. Adam the photographer was just brilliant, provided top class images along with drone and 360 video. We had some contact with Tara who was very efficient and always able to provide or find out the answers to our questions and always phoned us back. Jacquie Harvey has been an absolute brick over the past few weeks. She isn’t our agent but wish she was! She is our buyers agent and there have been many problems at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie took ownership of the entire mess and tried her hardest to make the chain stay in tact. Sadly it didn’t but she still hasn’t given up and is now committed and giving her best to get chain back in place.
