GoogleWe had a great experience selling through Green & Co Four Oaks. We had excellent support from start to finish, with all members of the team being helpful and efficient. Particularly useful was the WhatsApp link set up which made arranging house viewings and passing information on so much easier and quicker than by phone.

GoogleGreen were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were the second estate agent after poor performance from our initial agents. Jacquie was super at communicating with us throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend them more. (The viewings we had with them were also some of the best!) Thanks Jacquie and team!

I loved the no pressure house valuation from Jonathan all the way through to Jacquie helping us negotiate on a house we loved Unfortunately in the end we couldn’t find a property we loved so have taken our house off the market. Green and co were very understanding and when the time is right we will absolutely use them again Thanks all - what a great team you are

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience with Green & Company. The whole team are friendly and extremely professional. From Jonathan starting the process and putting us at ease through to Jacquie, who really does make you feel like you're her only client, pushing the whole chain and making sure everything was going to plan. The communication between the team is great as well, you always knew your message would get to the right person and would be acted upon. GoogleFor the last 16 years I have had my own successful estate agency business. Jacqui did not sell my house - she was the estate agent two down the chain from our sale. However, she went above and beyond for every single person in the chain, whether we were her clients or not. Professional, calm, positive and the best estate agent I have come across in 30 years in the business. GoogleWe have just completed on what became quite a difficult sale transaction, not helped by some of the legal work. I would like to say a massive thank you to Shakila who worked tirelessly to get the transaction to its conclusion. Continually chasing all parties and keeping us updated. I'm sure I must have become a thorn in her side but she was professional, polite and friendly throughout. We finally completed on Friday and a huge thank you goes to Shakila. GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Green & Co and if you're thinking of selling, then I'd absolutely recommend using this company. We felt thoroughly well looked after from first contact all the way through viewings, offer, survey, exchange and completion. I have to say that it's the first time the estate agent I've used paid so much attention through the whole process, as well as adding real value in simplifying communications during exchange and completion stages. We're exceptionally happy with the team at Green & Co: Tara, Jonathan and Jacquie especially, and feel fortunate we found and used such a reliable and professional company.
