GoogleSuperb in every area from valuation to sale and purchase. Jonathon, Tara and Shakila have provided first class service with prompt action at every stage of the sale and purchase process. Call backs, immediate feedback, support and proactive searches for properties in desired roads and area. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. We are returning clients and the service level is second to none - no other estate agent in the Four Oaks/Sutton Coldfield area can compete with the professionalism or attentiveness of this team. Highly recommend - would not go anywhere else.

GoogleAgent was obstructive in putting our offer to the vendor until they "financially qualified" us even though we supplied an aip. They kept pressuring to use their financial advice even though we had this already arranged with our trusted advisor. They were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend buyers and sellers to be wary.

GoogleI was interested in 5 properties managed by them and wanted to view first, but they were really hopeless. I wasn't able to view any at the end. I found other estate agents much more friendly and helpful.
Although your comments do not specifically relate to our Mere Green office we will take them up with Lettings department. However, please accept our sincere apologies for feeling the way that you do after dealing with them.
