Found the viewing as thorough & helpful . It was on time & not rushed. I requested a paper copy of details of flat, he said he would request one. Afew days later I was rung by a Green member &. asked for my view. I again asked for a paper copy of the flat. However to date have not received a copy. As I have no printer & only a tablet to view non too easy. I would love to see aplan of flat & also.dimensions. I do hope my request for details of any more flats in that complex especially a 2 bedroom to compare with will be honoured. .

Honestly, such an amazing company to sell your house with! From the beginning, they were so professional and to be honest well priced with their fees compared to other estate agents! The photos taken of my property were great and we had lots of viewings arranged for us straight away and sold our property within days. All of the staff here couldn't have been anymore helpful throughout the whole process. The communication from them at every step was superb. In fact, April in specific was more on the ball than our solicitors and was making enquiries constantly for us and pushing for our exchange of contracts more than our solicitors! April genuinely cares at this branch and when we were worried we might have lost our sale due to our solicitors taking ages, she managed to sort everything out for us and exchanged straight away. I couldn't be more appreciative of what April did for us- she really went above and beyond and for that I couldn't recommend this estate agents any higher than I do. We also used the mortgage advisor Mandy in this branch too and she was excellent and supportive from the start and clarified multiple times figures etc. with us- she was extremely patient - which is what you want and need when making such a big decision. Thank you Green & Company for been so helpful and helping to make our dream move happen!

We have just completed on what became quite a difficult sale transaction, not helped by some of the legal work. I would like to say a massive thank you to Shakila who worked tirelessly to get the transaction to its conclusion. Continually chasing all parties and keeping us updated. I'm sure I must have become a thorn in her side but she was professional, polite and friendly throughout. We finally completed on Friday and a huge thank you goes to Shakila. Based upon her service I will definitely recommend Green & Co at Mere Green.

Well done to Chris and the Rental Team at Green and Co. Very professional, quick, responsive and a ‘can do’ attitude. Superb marketing material and video created which led to lots of interest. They quickly sourced a good quality, trustworthy tenant for us and also achieved a fair market rent for our property. All the admin was via DocuSign so a very easy process. I have had weekly and even daily communications with updates and support for my sale. Superb in every area from valuation to sale and purchase. Jonathon, Tara and Shakila have provided first class service with prompt action at every stage of the sale and purchase process. Call backs, immediate feedback, support and proactive searches for properties in desired roads and area. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. We are returning clients and the service level is second to none - no other estate agent in the Four Oaks/Sutton Coldfield area can compete with the professionalism or attentiveness of this team. Greens have been fantastic in selling my property so far. When my first sale fell through unexpectedly, we were very worried about the impact of this on our upwards sale. Within twenty minutes, Jacquie had reassured me and lined up another 4 viewings - all of which we felt were well selected for the property and were in a position to act quickly to fix the chain. We managed to complete the viewings, deal with offers and fix the chain within two working days and I’m so thankful for Jacquie’s quick response. The sale process is still ongoing for us but I’m very grateful and thankful for the support we have received and continue to receive from Greens and would always recommend them to others.
