GoogleExcellent service from end to end. Their staff were friendly and responsive and their portal had every detail you needed. Moving is always a challenging time, however, they defintely made it easier. I would 100% recommend and appreciated the little move in pack they game me as well.

GoogleExcellent in house local service I had a nightmare with my previous Lettings agency as the flat rented through them was left wrecked. The electrics had been illegally wired, storage heaters moved etc etc. The walk in shower had been taken out and a badly fitted bathroom suite put in and to cap it all the flat had been repainted a kaleidoscope of colours . All despite supposedly being fully managed. Once the flat had been gutted and brought up to its original standard I thought I would try Greens. I called Greens and Callum answered quickly (always good sign) and incredibly he came down and took photographs that afternoon. Within a month it has been rented and tenant moved in and having had such a bad experience before, Callum kindly went through all the applicants to minimise a recurrence. The whole inventory process, insurance and everything necessary for compliance has been handled effortlessly and they assure me the flat will be checked twice a year. Callum has been like a breath of fresh air. All subsequent dealings have been through the local branch and no national delegation of tasks, thus ensuring accountability. Thank you Callum and Greens. Should have come to you first time! Would definitely recommend Greens.

GoogleI have let through Greens for a number of years now. They were super efficient in finding me suitable tenants. Their lettings service is second to none. They are extremely pro- active with reliable information and their customer service has a personal touch, in particular the Area Manager Amy Hurley. Amy’s knowledge and experience played an integral role in the trust I have with Greens now and going forward into the future.

GoogleI am a landlord for a property that is managed by Greens Sutton Coldfield. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here and all issues, queries and renewals are dealt with promptly. I must make a special mention for Amy Hurley who is very professional and has all the knowledge that she needs to do her job to the great level she does.

GoogleFantastic service, the staff go above and beyond at every stage. They are always on hand for advice, are knowledgeable and up to date with new legislation that I can't personally keep up with! GoogleShakela at greens in mere green kept the whole moving process on the road. She had to deal with difficult solicitors and chased them almost daily. Her communication with her clients (or their representative as I was) was absolutely top class. She is the person who has worked the hardest in the whole process to make the move happen. Greens you have a real star in Shakela!

GoogleThey are not good at getting details correct. They over charged for insurance, don't check property details ie, what fences at my responsibility, i have to check the tenants are looking after the garden myself because they are not interested and they found me tenant with no references.
We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the service and respond to your points as follows, We will be happy to discuss the insurance in more detail as you currently do not hold this through us. The fence issue reported by the tenant was referred to yourself with photos, we do apologise that you were not asked which side of the fence was yours however we do also establish how you would like to proceed prior to arranging any works. Now you have confirmed the fence in question is the neighbours responsibility we have informed the tenant and updated the property records for future to avoid any further miscommunication. The latest property inspection was conducted in January 2022 and with the exception of the oven all was in good order, the inspection was sent to yourself with photos showing the garden in good seasonal order for the time of year. The applicants referencing was discussed with you prior to the move in taking place and we acted on your instruction to proceed with the tenancy. We hope that resolves your queries however we will arrange for a senior member of the team to contact you to discuss any further concerns you may have.
