GoogleBuying a house is a daunting task but Mandy Bridgeman at Gascoigne Halman made light work of it. Her customer service is exceptional and her tenacious approach made sure the whole thing progressed swiftly. She took it upon herself to communicate throughout the chain to ensure everyone was fully informed of any developments, making the whole process feel straight forward. If we need assistance in future we’ll definitely use them again.

GoogleFrom first visit to value to completion of Sale...I would recommend Gascoigne Halman all the way. Their task was not made any easier by the fact that I do not reside in the UK so everything was done from afar! Gascoigne Halman within hours of appointment had viewings arranged. As is not unusual, the sale was not without its problems , however Dan went out of his way to liaise with all parties involved and kept me up to date at every stage, including several long distance phone calls. From marketing to completion in 10 weeks... not bad going.

Dan is a star, kept us fully informed throughout the process and we really couldn't have done this without him. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service. Anna dealt with the purchase of our property. Along the journey we also dealt with Charlotte and Bev. 3 fantastic ladies, very attentive, knowledgable and more than competent in their roles. The service delivered exceeded expectations and there was a consistent personal touch all through the process. We haven’t had to chase them for a thing they have been so proactive and so, so helpful. GoogleSuperb experience selling our home. We appointed Gascoigne Halman as our agents on our second attempt at selling our house after, regrettably, appointing a different agent the first time round. The difference couldn't have been greater. Attentive service from Adam, Anna, and Charlotte, and more interest in the house which was handled effectively to maximise offers. Ultimately we didn't have the smoothest of sales for various reasons (none the fault of Gascoigne Halman) but the team were always on the case in a proactive way. I didn't feel I had to chase things constantly and was confident they were going to do what they said and get back to me when they said. Although the whole team have been excellent, Anna really did stand out with her commitment and diligence. I cannot recommend highly enough as the best estate agent in the Heatons.

Used Gascoigne Halman Lettings to manage my property - biggest mistake. Took commission every month but did nothing to earn it. Ignored my emails when I reported concerns following an inspection visit report and allowed tenant to damage property which resulted in problems trying to claim money from deposit and eventually left me considerably out of pocket. Didn't know where one set of keys were when I went to collect them! Didn't have the grace to admit their mistakes and apologize. Would certainly NOT recommend!!

We moved house earlier this year as did our elderly parents and the service we received from Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow particularly James Coppock was superb. His calm professional manner really helped us through a stressful time and he is excellent at negotiating. Anytime we had to ring the office and ask questions all our calls were returned and Lucy Kershaw was always pleasant and very helpful. I would like to stress how competent you all were and we would definitely recommend using Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow

Complained about a member of staff, did not listnen to my needs when selling my house, so took it to the manager his responce "have never had anyone complain about my staff" (wrong move) basically I was lying , avoid this place and go next door !! the manager was very rude & unprofessional
