GoogleThe team at Chapel’s Gascoigne are great agents. Only dealt with them as a purchaser of one of their properties, but they are super efficient, quick with query responses and work extremely hard to get sales through. Which was much appreciated! Highly recommended

GoogleGetting someone to buy our house was the easy part. Answering our queries and those of the purchaser and our solicitors was where Gascoigne Halman Chapel en le Frith branch excelled. Many other professionals involved in our house sale were difficult to get hold of. The whole team at Chapel were professional and responsive, even when they hadn’t got an instant answer, they telephoned us back to let us know how things were going. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending them, they made our house sale as painless as they could. Many thanks

From the beginning of the Morgage enquiry, Hayley takes time to get to know you and the position you are in, She looks at all ranges to help the application to go a smooth as possible. When there are hurdles with the application due to issues with past and present. The communication and support is of the up most high level. Hayley advised and guilded me through it and managed without fail and determination to get me a Morgage and life cover.To be able to proceed and be accepted when I thought it was going to be a disappointing outcome . I believe that no one else could of gathered all the information , delivered it and kept within the guild lines so it would be affordable and help me start my new chapter in life . A fantastic service and highly recommended from me and others. A big thank you 🙏

GoogleThe staff are lovely, professional, empathetic and friendly. We spent a while trying to sell our home and they went to a lot of effort to support us. We feel the business would benefit from use of other media, such as, using video tours to display your property, otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

GoogleThe initial meeting was great. We were very pleased with the way it was advertised and we got a good number of viewings very quickly. From these viewings we received some pleasing offers. The hiccup we did have was concerning a viewing which left potential buyers outside the property without gaining access to view! However we did get a buyer reasonably quickly and the remainder of the process went smoothly.

Great people, lots of communication, and although the process took a while (not their fault) the service from them was always very friendly and professional. Having gone through them for the purchase of our new house, I just wish I’d have sold my house through them as well!
