GoogleI recently acquired a property being marketed by GH Tarporley. From Viewing the property to completion, which was only a matter of weeks, they were attentive and responsive an professionally and efficiently dealt with matters as they arose. I may go as far to say that through their approach I perhaps paid a little more than I initially was prepared. However I wont regret it I'm sure.

GoogleI can't recommend GH Tarporley highly enough. During the initial phase of seeking the house, they gave good advice and were happy to answer our questions, however it was after a sale was agreed where they went above and beyond. We had some issues post the agreement of a price as further down the chain was struggling to provide an update our estimate of time to complete. Oliver did a brilliant job in contacting people and trying to get the sale over the line. Without his help the process would have been a lot more stressful than it already was. Thanks a lot for all of your help, we will recommend you to everyone! Matt

Wished to make a cash offer on a property, was told viewings were fully booked and was not even offered to have a video viewing of it. If I were the seller I'd be appalled that potential buyers and potential achievement of a higher price were sent away.

To be fair to the Wilmslow office they did everything they said they would do. From an initial market appraisal through to completion the system worked excellently. Peter Higham took on our instruction and was spot on with his advice , James Poppock then ran our sale and was in touch throughout and was polite and efficient and upto speed throughout. The team were all aware with what was going on and and communication was excellent. All sounds a bit cheesy ,but its true. Thank you .

Excellent process with Gascoignes, from initial meet with Markus, market appraisal right down to the wire.Market knowledge and valuation was spot on. Photography clear, perfect contrast and house write up excellent and accurate. Brilliantly managed by Lucy Kershaw throughout with very timely comms and updates. We felt she managed potential buyers very well and helped maintain the integrity of the chain as it developed. Viewings all managed professionally and consistently too. Viewing requests started coming in within an hour or so of being released online. Offers started a few days after viewings and final offer just over a week later. Just excellent team all round! Thank you all.

As such we had no choice in who we were dealing with, but were struck by how helpful and professional everyone was. We agreed to have a property viewing in Manchester today 10 Nov at 3PM. I live in Bradford and went to the property by public transport, however I got to the property earlier at 2pm then I decided to give them a call for possibility of early viewing because there is no place to wait in this cold weather and the call went to a voice mail. I left a voice message requesting what would be their answer and I requested a callback, but I never heard any response from them, not until now,not even a phone call. Nothing!I wasn't feeling well today but I still did go all the way from Bradford to the property. Now knowing that they don't even care to call me, I'm very disappointed with their service and how they treated today it's very unprofessional!!!

GoogleTalked to the sales team already but they seemed less than interested. Lets save each other time and stick if a property is leasehold or freehold into the property information on rightmove like seemigly every other company. We were told Its in the description, the listing doesn't have 'lease' anywhere on it Its in the brochure, the brochure isn't on rightmove Its not our policy to show it Save us time either calling or routing through your website where the only place its mentioned is on the brocure.

GoogleThey say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life and whilst this was definitely true for us, our experience was made less stressful by dealing with Lucy at the Wilmslow branch. Her professionalism was second to none. The purchase nearly fell through on a couple of occasions but Lucy really went to bat for us going over and above to ensure the purchase went ahead.
