GoogleI highly recommend this property agency. They performed professionally in terms of communication. The staff Mr Dan Mitchell showed his professionalism on convincing communication in my exchange. He advised me on the procedure and follow-up actions efficiently. Although I’m a buyer that is not their client, I was convinced that this agency is on higher reputation. I expect we will have further co-operation in near future. Thanks!

Kelly and Jodie have been professional, responsive and kind throughout our (rapid) process to move into a rented property. We even received a ‘new home’ card from the two lovely women. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Gascoigne Halman and were more than happy with the service we received. Hannah Sanders handled our sale and I can honestly say that we couldn't have asked for more. She was always professional and polite, and we never had to wait or chase her, as she was always forthcoming with communication, keeping us in the loop and making what could be a very stressful experience incredibly smooth and easy to get through. Could not recommend Hannah or her colleagues more.

GoogleI knew choosing Gascoigne Halman for the sale of my apartment was the right decision. With all the competition and offers like ‘£0 sale fees’ and other such companies my partner took more convincing. Well, I’m happy to say I was right and we were not disappointed! Everyone at the Sale office has been incredible, a big thank you to Tom, Dan, Julie and Annie. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of viewings booked over 2 specific days as requested due to having a baby, offers received from day 1, Dan talked me through each offer to ensure the right one was best for me, despite all my ‘what if’ questions Dan was patient, knowledgeable and talked me through different outcomes. Unfortunately, as we were buying a new build, stress from the builders sales office they couldn’t take off me (as they insisted on contacting me direct!) but thank you so much Annie and Julie for dealing with everything else. Delays with my management company meant we were dangerously close to the stamp duty cut off date for completion, I panicked more when my solicitors didn’t seem as concerned as me - we all know they work at their own pace! But Annie completely understood and contacted my buyer and his solicitors to get done what needed to be done, as quickly as if I had done it myself - and it was sorted the same day. I can’t thank you enough, I will honestly never use another company. I have bought a few times with other estate agents but the never gave the same level of customer service. Everyone at Gascoigne Halman goes above and beyond which is so refreshing, thank you for helping our move less stressful!

GoogleI had very bad experience with Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor branch,we returned the keys before due date,deep clean the house way better than they gave us,we do payment on time, still when we were leaving they are not willing to pay our security and deducted our money for no reason. The staff is so rude and they didn't listen to us.

To confirm, Gascoigne Halman do not make any deductions from deposits. Deductions are suggested by the independent check out clerk and then this is arbitrated through the DPS where you deposit is protected. If you would like any further assistance please contact the local branch who will be able to offer you advice or provide you with our complaints procedure.

GoogleVery bad experience on leaving the home let by Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor branch. Handovered everything perfectly and before time, still they deducted from our security deposit just for sake of deduction. Letting manager behavior through out this process was quite rude.

GoogleI would just like to say that I have found Louise and the Lettings team at Gascoigne Halman (Heaton Moor), to be the best that I have ever dealt with, (and I have rented for many years). Nothing was ever too much trouble and they dealt with my move, and all of my queries, in a polite and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

GoogleGascoigne & Halman is an absolute delight to work with. From our first property with the Didsbury branch back in 2018, to now where my boyfriend and I are house hunting in Heaton Moor, their service, expertise and general care for you as clients, is excellent. They are incredibly professional and not only pride themselves on impeccable service, but they go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and at ease with what is such a stressful journey, particularly in recent times. Kim, Beverly, Jake and Adam are an absolutely joy to work with and speak to. Kim brings such energy and character to each and every phone call, even first thing Monday morning. Beverly showed us around a home on Saturday with such care and consideration to us as viewers. She really engaged with us and welcomed us so well, whilst allowing us the space to really enjoy looking around. It made for a super special viewing - She is a brilliant lady! Jake has been very supportive to us on phone calls, listening and guiding us where he can. He’s never in a rush only giving you the time of day that you deserve, even when he is the only member in the office on a Saturday afternoon. Adam's skills in not only allowing you to view properties with ease, but to chat and share his own experience of house hunting and moving etc. over the years, really make for a wonderful branch manager. He is warm, friendly and clearly extremely experienced. We're looking forward to working with the whole team further as we continue our next house journey in the Heatons! Thank you!

Jake was fantastic at explaining the process going above and beyond to keep us informed (even when our own solicitors weren’t communicating with us). Adam, the manager, was very knowledgable and friendly and we had the property valued and on the market very quickly. The background work he did before our meeting was invaluable. Viewings were setup quickly and in a very short time I had an offer. Thank you to Jake who was involved in this process and throughout the sale. The whole team worked brilliantly and I am happy that everything went smoothly, which is a credit to the whole office. Fantastic job!

GoogleI recently acquired a property being marketed by GH Tarporley. From Viewing the property to completion, which was only a matter of weeks, they were attentive and responsive an professionally and efficiently dealt with matters as they arose. I may go as far to say that through their approach I perhaps paid a little more than I initially was prepared. However I wont regret it I'm sure.

GoogleI can't recommend GH Tarporley highly enough. During the initial phase of seeking the house, they gave good advice and were happy to answer our questions, however it was after a sale was agreed where they went above and beyond. We had some issues post the agreement of a price as further down the chain was struggling to provide an update our estimate of time to complete. Oliver did a brilliant job in contacting people and trying to get the sale over the line. Without his help the process would have been a lot more stressful than it already was. Thanks a lot for all of your help, we will recommend you to everyone! Matt

Wished to make a cash offer on a property, was told viewings were fully booked and was not even offered to have a video viewing of it. If I were the seller I'd be appalled that potential buyers and potential achievement of a higher price were sent away.

Dominic who ultimately sold the house very quickly, I can’t recommend highly enough, he’s very calm, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.
