Very understanding on the fact that I couldn't view the property before making an offer and was only able to send a friend round. GoogleSo,after waiting 6 months for an evaluation,having chased it every month since,they evaluated our house at over £100K less than 3 other rivals,this was from their manager,Matthew Clark,what a useless and poor service.I’ actively discouraging all I know not to use this agent.Wpuld have given 0 stars but there doesn’t seem to be that option.Never use this company
